First Coast Coaches Association, Inc. (FCCA) is a Not-For-Profit,
professional organization of personal and business coaches. We
are the local chapter of The International Coach Federation, the
largest worldwide resource for business and personal coaches, that
exists to Build, Support and Preserve the integrity of the coaching
profession.
Coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals and
organizations develop more rapidly and produce more satisfying
results. Coaches work with clients in all areas including business,
career, finances, health and relationships. As a result of coaching,
clients set better goals, take more action, make better decisions,
